Managed Hosting

Panther & Cub provides managed access to third-party server infrastructure for websites and applications. We provision the environment and perform the server-administration work identified in your Order so you do not need to manage the underlying infrastructure account yourself.

Core hosting service​

  • The server or allocated resources stated in your Order
  • Initial environment provisioning
  • Basic network, routing, and SSL configuration
  • Infrastructure billing through Panther & Cub
  • Reasonable investigation of server-level incidents reported through the support route

Available as separate scope​

Depending on the workload, an Order may also include:

  • Website or application migration
  • Deployment configuration
  • Managed backups and restore testing
  • Monitoring and alert response
  • Operating-system or application maintenance
  • Security hardening or incident-response support
  • Database, storage, or architecture work

Hosting alone is not an independent backup, disaster-recovery plan, application-maintenance plan, managed-security service, or uptime commitment. Those responsibilities must be stated separately if Panther & Cub is expected to perform them.

Infrastructure options​

We can recommend pooled, private, dedicated, or custom infrastructure based on the workload, region, storage, isolation, and operational requirements. The provider, resources, location, configuration, recurring fee, and billing period are confirmed in the Order.

What we need from you​

  • Accurate workload, traffic, storage, and region requirements
  • Domain or DNS access when routing changes are included
  • Deployment information and authorized technical contacts
  • Disclosure of regulated or high-risk data before ordering
  • A plan for independent backups unless managed backups are included
  • Prompt notice of incidents, material changes, or expected traffic events
