Keep These Details Available

  • customer and engagement name;
  • Order, proposal, or invoice number;
  • assigned Panther & Cub contact;
  • agreed project and incident channels;
  • decision-maker and billing contact;
  • review deadlines and launch authority; and
  • responsibility for domains, vendor accounts, backups, monitoring, and maintenance.

Rules That Prevent Most Delays

  1. Use the agreed channel so requests and decisions remain traceable.
  2. Consolidate feedback through the authorized decision-maker.
  3. Provide access, content, and approvals by the agreed dates.
  4. Ask before assuming that a new request is in scope.
  5. Do not send passwords, API keys, or sensitive data through ordinary email or chat.
  6. Confirm launch, handoff, backup, and ongoing support responsibilities in writing.

The Order is the source of truth for scope, fees, dates, response targets, revisions, acceptance, and included support.
