Retainer clients receive:

  • Priority support response
  • Direct access to team members
  • Flexible communication channels
  • Regular strategic calls

Emergency Contact

For genuine emergencies:

  • WhatsApp (number provided during onboarding)
  • We respond ASAP, typically within hours

What qualifies as emergency:

  • Site completely down
  • Security breach or hack
  • Payment processing broken
  • Critical bug blocking sales
  • Launch day crisis

What's not an emergency:

  • Routine updates or changes
  • Non-critical bugs
  • Feature requests
  • Content edits

True emergencies get immediate attention. Non-emergencies follow normal support process.

Time zone: AEST/AEDT (UTC+10/+11)

Working with international clients:

  • We regularly work with US, UK, EU, and Asia clients
  • We schedule calls across time zones
  • Async communication (email, dashboards) works well
  • Most communication doesn't require real-time
Time Zone Math

AEST is typically evening/night for US clients, morning for EU clients, afternoon for Asia. We're flexible on meeting times for important calls.
