What qualifies as emergency:

True emergencies get immediate attention. Non-emergencies follow normal support process.

- We schedule calls across time zones
- Async communication (email, dashboards) works well
- Most communication doesn't require real-time
AEST is typically evening/night for US clients, morning for EU clients, afternoon for Asia. We're flexible on meeting times for important calls.
