Panther & Cub Managed Hosting
Panther & Cub provisions third-party server infrastructure and performs the basic administration stated in each customer’s Order. Hosting can support websites, e-commerce stores, applications, and internal tools when the selected server and service scope are appropriate for the workload.

The Core Boundary
The hosting subscription covers only the server resources and administration identified in the Order. It does not automatically include application maintenance, content changes, dependency updates, security remediation, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, migrations, development, or third-party software administration.
No hosting provider can promise uninterrupted availability or prevent every data-loss event. Maintain independent, tested copies of important data or purchase a separately documented backup service. No uptime, retention, recovery-point, or recovery-time commitment applies unless expressly stated in a signed Order or service-level agreement.
Underlying infrastructure is supplied by third-party providers, including Hetzner where identified in the Order. Panther & Cub manages the customer-facing service but does not control every provider system, network, platform, or event.
