Expectations
What we provide, what we need from you, and standards for all projects.
What We Provide
Expertise & Experience
Each service is something we've done many times. Specialized team members in development, marketing, creative, and infrastructure—not generalists.
Full Transparency
Full access to project dashboards, performance data, documentation, and direct team communication. Regular reporting on status, blockers, milestones, and budget tracking.
Quality Assurance
Before delivery:
- Internal QA and testing
- Cross-browser/device validation (for web projects)
- Performance checks (speed, optimization)
- Security scanning (for development work)
- Functionality verification
Post-delivery:
- 30-day support period (bug fixes, performance monitoring, training)
Ownership & IP
You own everything we create:
Code & Development:
All custom code, themes, and development work transfers to you upon full payment. We may retain internal tools/frameworks, but your implementation is 100% yours.
Creative Assets:
Photography, video, design files—all yours upon full payment. We retain portfolio rights unless otherwise agreed.
Ad Accounts:
Always set up under your business entity. You own the account, data, audiences, and historical performance. We're admins, not owners.
Credentials & Access:
You receive all logins, credentials, and documentation. Nothing is locked or proprietary.
Portfolio & Marketing Rights:
We may request permission to feature your project in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials. This is always opt-in and requires your approval. You can:
- Approve full portfolio use (visuals, metrics, testimonials)
- Approve limited use (visuals only, no metrics/details)
- Request anonymity (we can showcase work without naming you)
- Decline entirely (work remains confidential)
Portfolio usage is requested after project completion and can be revoked anytime. We never use client work publicly without explicit permission.
Testimonials & References:
We may request testimonials or permission to use you as a reference. Always optional. Testimonials can be:
- Full attribution (name, business, role)
- Business name only
- Anonymous
- Video, written, or audio format
You control what's shared and can review/edit before we publish.
What We Need
Projects require platform access, brand assets, timely feedback (48-72 hour review windows), and a designated decision-maker. Specific, measurable goals work better than vague ones.
All access handled securely with NDAs as standard practice.
Legal Agreements
We work under clear, transparent contracts that protect both parties. All agreements are written in plain language—legal but readable—and include standard protections for both your business and ours.
Our contract templates are publicly available for review before you commit to working together: View all templates in FAQ →

We're happy to discuss any terms during the proposal phase and can accommodate reasonable modifications. Our goal is agreements that are fair, clear, and protect both parties.
