Business Email

We help configure business email on customer domains using the third-party provider identified in your Order. Work can cover a new setup, a provider migration, domain authentication, administrator handoff, or agreed ongoing administration.

How we can help

  • Compare suitable providers and account structures
  • Configure domains, users, groups, aliases, and administrator roles
  • Coordinate MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
  • Plan and perform the mailbox migration work stated in the Order
  • Verify agreed mailbox and routing checks
  • Document administration and support routes
  • Provide optional user onboarding or ongoing administration

Common providers include Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Provider availability, features, storage, support, and charges are controlled by the selected provider and may change.

Engagement options

  • New setup for a domain and user group
  • Migration from another email platform
  • Authentication project for domain and sending configuration
  • Ongoing administration for agreed account-management tasks

What shapes scope

  • Number and size of mailboxes, aliases, groups, and domains
  • Source and destination providers
  • Calendars, contacts, archives, permissions, and shared resources
  • DNS access and propagation
  • Security, retention, compliance, and device requirements
  • Cutover, user communication, and support needs

What we need from you

  • Authorized access to the domain, DNS, and email accounts
  • An accurate user and mailbox inventory
  • Retention, compliance, and security requirements before setup
  • Independent exports or backups of important source data
  • User availability for cutover checks and final verification

Email delivery depends on provider systems, recipient policies, reputation, content, and sender practices. Authentication controls improve verification but cannot ensure inbox placement or prevent every abuse attempt.
