Panther & Cub Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 23, 2026
Version: 1.0

This Privacy Policy describes how Panther & Cub LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Panther & Cub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information through websites that link to this policy, business communications, sales, billing, support, and our professional services.

When we process personal information solely on a business customer’s instructions to provide services, that customer controls the information and our Data Processing Addendum and the customer’s privacy notice may apply instead.

1. Information we collect

Depending on your relationship with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and business information: name, company, role, email, telephone number, mailing address, and communication preferences.
  • Transaction information: services requested or purchased, orders, invoices, payment status, tax and billing details, and limited payment-method metadata. Card details are ordinarily collected directly by our payment processor rather than stored by us.
  • Project and support information: communications, instructions, credentials or access details supplied through approved methods, files, content, system information, support history, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Website and device information: IP address, browser, device, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and interaction data.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers used for site operation, preferences, security, and analytics. Our help center uses Google Analytics where enabled and permitted.
  • Information from third parties: referrals, platforms, public business sources, service providers, and Customer-authorized accounts, integrations, or collaborators.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for an agreed service and we have approved a secure method.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate about services.
  • Prepare proposals and Orders, provide services, and manage customer relationships.
  • Process billing, maintain records, prevent fraud, and collect amounts due.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and measure our websites and services.
  • Manage access, support, projects, vendors, and business operations.
  • Send service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications.
  • Enforce agreements, protect rights and systems, investigate misuse, and comply with law.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier processing.

3. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information:

  • To personnel and contractors who need it and are subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • To hosting, communications, analytics, payment, productivity, security, professional, and other vendors that support our business or the services.
  • To third-party platforms a customer selects or authorizes us to use.
  • To professional advisers, insurers, auditors, financing sources, and transaction parties under appropriate restrictions.
  • To authorities or others when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misconduct, or establish and defend legal claims.
  • In connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to customary safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information at your direction or with your consent.

4. Cookies and analytics

The help center may use necessary local storage or cookies and Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage. Analytics may collect device, interaction, and approximate location information. Where required, we seek consent before enabling non-essential analytics.

You can use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary storage may affect site features. Google also provides browser tools and account controls for its analytics services.

5. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, preserve security logs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, the relationship, legal requirements, risk, and whether the information is needed to establish or defend a claim.

Customer data processed on behalf of a customer is deleted or returned as provided in the applicable agreement, subject to legal duties and routine backup cycles.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and services. No transmission, storage, or system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and devices and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

7. International transfers

We are a U.S. company and may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism or contractual safeguards.

8. Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the message instructions or by contacting us. We may still send non-marketing messages about an inquiry, transaction, account, security, or service.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of our decision. You may also have a right to complain to a data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to exceptions and verification.

Submit a request to [email protected]. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.

For California residents, applicable rights may include the right to know, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal information and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not offer an opt-out for those practices. We will honor applicable rights whether or not a particular statutory revenue or volume threshold applies to us.

9. Children

Our websites and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the websites. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information improperly.

10. Third-party sites

Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern information a third party processes for its own purposes, even when we link to or help configure that service.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. We will post the updated version and change the effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
