This Legal Center contains the agreements and policies for Panther & Cub websites and services. They are intended to set clear expectations about scope, payment, responsibilities, data, and risk before work begins. If anything is unclear, please ask before accepting an Order.
A service description or sales page is not a substitute for the documents identified in your Order.

Customer Terms
The master commercial terms for business customers, including payment, scope, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, liability, termination, and disputes.

More than one schedule can apply to a combined engagement. For example, recurring development work can be subject to the Recurring Services Terms and Development Services Terms, while a migration with managed hosting can be subject to the Development Services Terms and Managed Hosting Service Terms.
Policies
- Acceptable Use Policy — prohibited content, abuse, security, messaging, and enforcement rules.
- Privacy Policy — how Panther & Cub handles personal information for its own business and websites.
- Data Processing Addendum — processor/service-provider terms when we handle customer personal data on a customer’s behalf.
- Website Terms of Use — rules for this help center and other sites that link to them.
Which documents form the agreement?
Unless a document expressly states otherwise, the following order controls if documents conflict:
- A separately signed agreement or amendment.
- The applicable Order, proposal, statement of work, invoice, or checkout description.
- The Data Processing Addendum for Customer Personal Data only.
- The service-specific terms for the purchased services.
- The Customer Terms.
- The Acceptable Use Policy and documentation expressly incorporated by the agreement.
Customers should be shown the applicable documents before signing, checkout, or payment and should expressly accept them. Merely publishing terms on this page does not replace presenting and recording acceptance as part of the purchase flow.
Previous versions
Panther & Cub retains prior versions for customers whose Orders remain governed by an earlier version. To request a version associated with a previous Order, email [email protected] with the customer name and Order or invoice number.
