Panther & Cub Website Terms of Use

Effective date: August 23, 2026
Version: 1.0

These Website Terms of Use (“Website Terms”) govern access to websites and public documentation operated by Panther & Cub LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, that link to them (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms. If you purchase services, the Customer Terms, applicable Service Terms, and your Order govern that purchase.

1. Informational content

Site content describes services in general and is not an offer, binding scope, service-level agreement, warranty, or professional legal, tax, accounting, security, or compliance advice. Only documentation expressly incorporated into an Order becomes part of a customer agreement. The Order identifies the purchased scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, and timing and controls over a general Site description if they differ.

We work to keep the Site useful and current, but services, pricing, availability, features, examples, timelines, and platform behavior can change. Please confirm information that is important to a purchase or operational decision with Panther & Cub before relying on it.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful evaluation and use of Panther & Cub services and products. You must not:

  • Interfere with, overload, damage, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site.
  • Introduce malware, scrape at a disruptive rate, or bypass technical controls.
  • Misrepresent Site content as your own or use Panther & Cub marks without permission.
  • Use the Site in violation of law or another person’s rights.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, its documentation, branding, layout, text, graphics, and other content are owned by Panther & Cub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Panther & Cub grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Site for its intended purpose.

Nothing grants a license to Panther & Cub trademarks or the right to reproduce, sell, publish, or create a competing documentation product from Site content, except as expressly permitted in writing or by law. Product-specific license terms continue to apply to products and code.

4. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide feedback about the Site or services, you grant Panther & Cub a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided Panther & Cub does not publicly identify you without permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites, platforms, and materials. Panther & Cub does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of them is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Panther & Cub disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, security, and error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panther & Cub and its owners, personnel, contractors, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reliance loss arising from the Site.

Their total aggregate liability arising from the Site will not exceed $100 USD. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

8. Changes and availability

Panther & Cub may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site and may update these Website Terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated Website Terms to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.

10. Contact
