We provide managed email solutions via best-in-class third-party providers — we don't run email servers ourselves, but we'll set up, configure, and manage email for you.

Email Solutions We Provide​

User Email (Inboxes)​

Powered by Migadu — professional IMAP/SMTP email for your team.

What's included:

  • Custom domain email addresses ([email protected])
  • IMAP/SMTP access (works with any email client)
  • Webmail interface
  • Spam filtering and security

Pricing:

  • Setup fee: $100–150 AUD (one-time)
  • Monthly management (optional): $15–25 AUD/month
  • Migadu subscription: Passed through at cost (varies by mailbox count)

Transactional & Marketing Email​

Powered by AWS SES, Resend, or Mailgun — reliable email delivery for apps and campaigns.

What's included:

  • Setup of your own provider account (you pay them directly)
  • Transactional emails (password resets, order confirmations, etc.)
  • Marketing/newsletter campaigns
  • Full DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Deliverability optimization

Pricing:

  • Setup fee: $150–250 AUD (one-time)
  • Monthly management (optional): $20–30 AUD/month
  • Sending costs: Billed directly to you by the provider (we set up your own account)

DNS Configuration​

We handle all DNS setup for email:

1. MX Records​

  • Point your domain to the email provider's mail servers.

2. SPF Record​

  • Authorizes sending servers to prevent spoofing.

3. DKIM Record​

  • Email signing for authentication and trust.

4. DMARC Record​

  • Reporting and enforcement to protect your domain.

All DNS changes are included in the setup fee — you don't need to touch anything.

Bring Your Own Provider​

Already using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another provider?

We'll configure your DNS records to point to your existing email service at no additional charge (included in migration or setup).
