Billing and Service Changes

Hosting fees depend on the selected server, live storage, bandwidth, region, third-party provider pricing, and the administration or support included in the Order. Migration, application setup, maintenance, monitoring, backups, restores, incident work, and other professional services are separate unless expressly included.

Charges the Order Should Identify​

  • recurring infrastructure and management fee;
  • billing interval, renewal, and payment method;
  • included resource limits and the effect of overuse;
  • one-time provisioning, migration, or deployment work;
  • pass-through provider, license, domain, storage, or email charges;
  • optional backup, monitoring, maintenance, or support services; and
  • taxes, expenses, price-change procedure, and cancellation terms.

Prices shown in a proposal or Order apply only to that configuration. A different server or workload can have a different recurring fee.

Upgrades, Downgrades, and Added Capacity​

Request a change before the workload reaches its limits where possible. We will assess provider availability, compatibility, expected interruption, migration work, and the new recurring fee. Some reductions cannot be performed in place and may require a new server or data migration.

Cancellation and Export​

Submit cancellation through the method in the Order or [email protected]. The effective date, final charges, refund treatment, suspension, and deletion rules are governed by the Order and Managed Hosting Service Terms.

The customer must export all required data before service ends. Panther & Cub can quote migration or export assistance, but hosting cancellation does not automatically include that work. Do not rely on the hosted server, a provider snapshot, or any unspecified grace period as a backup.

Billing Questions​

Email [email protected] with the customer name, invoice number, and the charge in question. Do not email complete payment credentials.
