Additional Applications

A private or custom hosting environment may run applications alongside the primary website when capacity, security, compatibility, and responsibility are documented in the Order.

Examples can include analytics, newsletters, automation, dashboards, file collaboration, or a customer-specific internal tool. An example does not mean every application or use case is supported.

Before Adding an Application

We review:

  • required CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, and ports;
  • database, queue, object storage, and email dependencies;
  • expected users, data volume, and growth;
  • software license and permitted commercial use;
  • authentication, administrator, and access requirements;
  • update, monitoring, backup, restore, and incident responsibilities;
  • personal, confidential, regulated, or high-risk data involved; and
  • compatibility with the existing server and other workloads.

Separate Work and Charges

Application deployment, configuration, migration, integration, updates, monitoring, backup, recovery, and user support are separate from basic hosting unless expressly included. An additional or larger server may also change the recurring infrastructure fee.

Self-hosting can reduce some software charges or increase control, but it does not make usage unlimited or remove infrastructure, maintenance, licensing, deliverability, security, or compliance constraints.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer remains responsible for choosing the application, confirming that its use is lawful and appropriately licensed, administering business users and data, and maintaining any responsibilities not assigned to Panther & Cub in writing.

Send the application name, intended use, expected users, data type, and required integrations to [email protected] for review.
