Common Issues

New Theme Notice

Label One is a recently released theme, and we're still collecting data on common issues that users might encounter. As more merchants implement the theme, we'll update this documentation with specific issues and their solutions.

Initial Feedback

While we build our knowledge base, here are some general areas where Shopify themes commonly require attention:

Theme Settings

  • If settings don't appear to save, try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito/private browsing window
  • Some settings may require refreshing the page to see changes take effect
  • Remember that preview mode changes won't affect your live store until you publish

Customization

  • Custom code additions should be tested thoroughly before implementation on your live store
  • CSS customizations should be added to the theme.scss.liquid file for proper loading
  • JavaScript customizations should use the theme's existing modules when possible

Responsive Design

  • Always test your store on multiple devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
  • Some sections may require adjustment for optimal mobile display
  • Font sizes that work well on desktop may be too large or small on mobile

Reporting Issues

If you encounter an issue with Label One that isn't addressed in our documentation:

  1. Check if the issue persists after clearing your browser cache
  2. Test in an incognito/private browsing window
  3. Note the specific steps to reproduce the issue
  4. Contact our support team with detailed information about your setup and the issue

As we gather more information about common issues, this documentation will be updated with specific problems and their solutions.
